I'm so excited khổng lồ see that Ulta is carrying Mad Hippie! I have tried every hàng hóa from this brand (with the exception of their SPF) và the vi-ta-min c serum is the stand out sản phẩm for me. I am very particular about good clean ingredients in my skin care và this brand definitely delivers. I have bought this serum twice, which says a lot because I'm always looking for something new and better. I tried multiple vi-ta-min c serums before coming back to lớn this. The texture is amazing. It's not greasy lượt thích many others. It absorbs quickly và feels light weight. It helps even out my skin without redness và irritation. I highly recommend. Great product for price point.

Nowhere near as effective as L-Ascorbic Acid serums for me
I hate khổng lồ say it since I love many of the Mad Hippie products (especially the eye cream, cream cleanser & antioxidant face oil), but this vi-ta-min C serum wasn't a win for me. I wanted to give this one a try because traditional L-Ascorbic acid C serums do cause some irritation on my sensitive skin. This one definitely doesn't cause the irritation thanks to MH's use of the gentler "SAP" version of vitamin C, but it also doesn't do any of the amazing things for my skin that the L-Ascorbic khung does. I used up the bottle và saw very little improvement in brightening, absolutely no lightening of my age spot or evening of skin tone. MAYBE another few months of use would bring these changes about, but honestly with L-Ascorbic vitamin C serums I notice some brightening, clarity, and fading of hyperpigmentation in about one week that only continue to lớn improve with longer use, so ? I'm just personally not convinced the size of vitamin C they are using here is capable of all of the things L-Ascorbic does. I also really prefer to use products that are tried & true/proven to work, & there just aren't enough independent studies done yet on this newer form of Vit. C. Truth be told, if I had never tried LAA vi-ta-min C serums I might really like this product, but in comparison this just does not even come close for me. That said, if your skin is just impossibly sensitive I think this is certainly better than not using any C serum. I also know that everyone's skin will react differently; a lot of people out there do seem to lớn love this product.

I used up the whole bottle và loved it! It did have a little bit of a drying effect, but nothing that a good moisturizer won't fix!

I always find there is a residue feeling left after application và when I apply sunscreen, liquid foundation, blush or anything I get almost flakes or as if my skin is peeling from it. I have changed nothing else in my skin care routine and when I use a different vitamin C this doesn't happen

This product DOES NOT WORK! First of all the packaging for vi-ta-min C products has lớn be in an airless pump or black bottle to lớn prevent oxidation. I purchased this because of the great ingredients listed but after more research, this is not a good product.
Glow recipe dupe

I received a sample of this product & tried it under my makeup. I usually wear minimal makeup such as a tinted moisturizer, a bit of concealer & cream blush. I always start with the glow recipe watermelon glow serum & this has a very similar texture. I used it under my makeup & it exactly what I wanted it to lớn do. It makes you look dewy & adds a pretty glow. Will definitely be buying the full size when I run out of the sample!

I bought this serum after a friend suggested I try a vitamin c serum for scar reduction post surgery. She uses serum on her face (not sure which brand though) & her skin is flawless và dewy, so I had lớn try. After searching for an entire day on nhanlucnhanvan.edu.vn for a unique product, I was pretty dissuaded from every option, as reviewers consistently noted that the serums in question either didn"t work or made their skin break out. The reviews for this hàng hóa were different, so I bought it. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I first used it about a week after I got it to lớn treat these red crusty patches of skin I get on my left hand và left elbow every winter. The patches never go away until about April when the weather improves. No moisturizer makes them go away and petroleum jelly is just messy. I put this on my hand before going to bed one night and when I woke up in the morning the patch was completely gone. It still felt rough to lớn the touch, but the redness and the flakiness disappeared. I used it for two more nights, và now my hand is completely healed. Since then, I have incorporated it in my morning routine and mix four drops with my facial moisturizer. I have skin that is very prone lớn breaking out, but my skin has not broken out once with it. I"m 29 and have expression lines on my forehead that have been visibly reduced since using this product as well. On a side note, it feels a little sticky to lớn the touch, but once it dries completely, the stickiness goes away. This is a small inconvenience, but I honestly vị not care since this stuff is a complete game changer.
